Public portal

A suggestion box’s public portal displays any submissions you have made public, together with your public response to them. The public portal is disabled by default. To make submissions visible, you need to enable the public portal for your suggestion box and make individual submissions public.

Enabling and disabling the public portal

  1. Click the Edit button next to your suggestion box
  2. Click Public Portal to display the settings
  3. Toggle the Enable public submissions portal option
  4. Click Save changes

Once the public portal has been enabled, you can make submissions public and add public responses.
