Enable or disable the Public Submission Portal

A suggestion box’s Public Submission Portal displays any submissions you have made public, together with your public response to them.

The Public Submission Portal is disabled by default. To make submissions visible, you first need to enable thePublic Submission Portal for your suggestion box and then make individual submissions public.

Enabling and disabling the Public Submission Portal

  1. Click the Edit button next to your suggestion box
  2. Click Submission Portal to display the settings
  3. Toggle the Enable public submissions portal option
  4. Click Save changes

Once the public submission portal has been enabled, you can make submissions public and add public responses.
