Roles and permissions overview
Roles help control who can view, and do, what in SavvyIdeas. They ensure secure data handling and efficient task delegation.
Below is a quick reference overview of the available roles in SavvyIdeas.
Role | Permissions |
---|---|
Account Administrator | The Account Administrator has full access to all account settings (including billing), to all suggestion boxes and submissions, and to all user data. |
Box Administrator | Gives the user permission full access to administer this box. A Box Administrator can change any of the box settings; add and delete Box Managers and other Box Administrators; and read, reply to, and delete submissions. They can also do delete the entire suggestion box, so this role should be used with caution - the Box Manager role may be more appropriate in many cases. |
Box Manager | A Box Manager can read, reply to, and delete any submissions in the suggestion box, but can’t add or delete additional managers or administrators or edit box settings. |
