Roles and permissions overview

Roles help control who can view, and do, what in SavvyIdeas. They ensure secure data handling and efficient task delegation.

Below is a quick reference overview of the available roles in SavvyIdeas.

RolePermissions
Account AdministratorThe Account Administrator has full access to all account settings (including billing), to all suggestion boxes and submissions, and to all user data.
Box AdministratorGives the user permission full access to administer this box. A Box Administrator can change any of the box settings; add and delete Box Managers and other Box Administrators; and read, reply to, and delete submissions. They can also do delete the entire suggestion box, so this role should be used with caution - the Box Manager role may be more appropriate in many cases.
Box ManagerA Box Manager can read, reply to, and delete any submissions in the suggestion box, but can’t add or delete additional managers or administrators or edit box settings.
