Reply directly to a submission

If you’ve enabled Direct Replies you can reply to a submission, and the submitter can reply back, completely anonymously.

Replying to a submission

1. On the home page, click on the name of the suggestion box which contains the submission(s) you want to make public
2. Click on the name of the submission you want to make public
3. Click the Direct Replies tab to display any existing replies
4. Add your new reply and click Save changes

If the submitter provided their email address, SavvyIdeas will send them an email letting them know you have posted a reply.

You can add as many replies as you like. The submitter can also reply to your reply, and their replies will also be shown here, with all replies shown in chronological order.

Note

Privacy works both ways:

• When you view a submission, you will never be shown the name or email address of the person who made it.
• When they view your response, they will never see your name.
